Carla Gardiner earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southwestern University. Her theatrical credits include working both on stage and behind the scenes with companies in New York, New Jersey and Texas. New York credits include Forever Plaid at Steve McGraw’s (production assistant), Kiss Me Before the Lava Reaches the Village at Musical Theatre Works (assistant stage manager),The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told with the New York Theater Workshop (ASL interpreter) and Noises Off (Poppy Norton-Taylor) performed entirely in American Sign Language. Carla was also employed as the Business Manager for Musical Theatre Works, an off-Broadway production company focused exclusively on producing new musicals. Summer stock credits include 42nd Street (Dorothy Brock), Sugar Babies,Little Shop of Horrors (Crystal) and Brighton Beach Memoirs (Kate Jerome). Favorite show at the Harbor Playhouse in Corpus Christi include Sound of Music (Mother Abbess); Children of a Lesser God(Sarah Norman); Secret Garden (Lily Craven); Chicago (Go to Hell Kitty) and House of Several Stories(mother).
